Để tạo điều kiện cho Bên Bán cung cấp dịch vụ bảo hành, Bên Mua phải:
To facilitate the provision by the Seller of maintenance service, the Seller shall:
- Đảm bảo rằng thiết bị được bảo quản và vận hành đúng cách theo tất cả các hướng dẫn bằng văn bản do Bên Bán đưa ra và đảm bảo rằng chỉ những người có năng lực, được đào tạo đúng mới được phép sử dụng.
Ensure that the equipment is kept and operated in a proper manner in accordance with all written guidance issued by the Seller from time to time and ensure that only competent, properly trained persons are permitted to use it.
- Hơp tác với Bên Bán và nhân viên của Bên Bán trong mọi vấn đề liên quan đến dịch vụ bảo hành, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở việc cung cấp số sê-ri của thiết bị, cung cấp thông tin chi tiết và hình ảnh về các lỗi trên điện thoại và thực hiện các hành động khắc phục sự cố hợp lý trên thiết bị theo yêu cầu của Bên Bán.
Co-operate with the Seller and the Seller’s personnel in all matters relating to the maintenance services including but not limited to supplying the serial number of the equipment, giving detailed information and pictures about the faults over the phone and performing reasonable troubleshooting actions on the equipment as the Seller’s requested.
- Lưu trữ, lắp đặt và sử dụng thiết bị trong môi trường phù hợp (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở một môi trường không bị ẩm, bụi, và biến đổi nhiệt độ cao..), và chịu trách nhiệm về chi phí tạo ra và duy trì môi trường đó.
Storage, install, use the equipment in a suitable environment (including but not limited to one free from humidity, moisture, dust and high temperature variations) and be responsible for the costs of creating and maintaining such an environment
- Sử dụng thiết bị với nguồn cung cấp điện chính xác như đã được cung cấp bởi nhà sản xuất và hoặc Bên Bán.
Use the equipment with the correct power supplies as have been provided by the manufacturer and/or The Seller
- Không di chuyển thiết bị hoặc thực hiện bất kỳ bổ sung, sửa đổi hoặc điều chỉnh nào cho thiết bị mà không có sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của bên Bán
Not move the equipment or make any addition, modification or adjustment to it without the Seller’s prior written consent
- Duy trì và cung cấp cho Bên Bán hồ sơ về hoạt động, bảo trì và mọi sự cố của thiết bị
Maintain and provide the Seller records of the operation, maintenance and any malfunction of the equipment
- Thông báo cho Bên Bán tất cả các quy tắc và quy định cũng như mọi yêu cầu bảo mật hợp lý khác áp dụng tại địa điểm lắp đặt
Inform the Seller of al rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the address install
