“Bảo hành”: là sự bảo đảm bằng văn bản được phát hành cho Bên Mua bởi Bên Bán (Chứng nhận Bảo hành), cam kết đảm bảo chất lượng hàng hóa đã bán hoạt động đúng với tính năng, công dụng của chúng trong một khoảng thời gian nhất định (gọi “Thời hạn bảo hành”)
"Warranty" means a written warranty issued to the Buyer by the Seller (Warranty Certificate), committed to ensuring the quality of the sold goods works in accordance with their features and uses in a certain period of time (called the "Warranty Period")
“Bảo dưỡng”: là công tác vệ sinh, chăm sóc, thay thế, sửa chữa hàng hóa không tính phí của Bên Bán cung cấp cho Bên Mua trong Thời hạn bảo hành (chi tiết “Nội dung Bảo dưỡng” theo điều 4 của Thỏa thuận này)
"Maintenance" means the cleaning, care, replacement and repair of goods without charge by the Seller to the Buyer during the Warranty Period (details "Maintenance Content" according to the Article 4 of this Agreement)
“Kiểm tra định kỳ” là công tác kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động của hàng hóa theo các kỳ cố định trong Thời hạn bảo hành mà Bên Bán cung cấp không tính phí cho Bên Mua.
"Periodic inspection" means the inspection of the operation status of goods according to fixed periods within the warranty period provided by the Seller without charge to the Buyer.
“Thời hạn bảo hành” là khoảng thời gian nhất định mà Bên Bán có nghĩa vụ thực hiện bảo hành không tính phí cho Bên Mua. Chi tiết theo Điều 3 của Thỏa thuận này.
"Warranty period" means a period of time during which the Seller is obliged to perform warranty without charge to the Buyer. Details are in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement.
“Hao mòn thông thường” là các hao mòn tự nhiên, không thể tránh khỏi do quá trình tiếp xúc bề mặt của người dùng trong quá trình tập luyện trên thiết bị
“Wear and tear” means items that are naturally and inevitably subject to wear as a result of normal contact from users in the course of exercising on the equipment.
“Bộ phận thẩm mỹ” là các bộ phận của thiết bị được cung cấp cho mục đích thẩm mỹ nhưng không giới hạn ở nhãn dán, vỏ hoặc các vật dụng phụ trợ như giá đỡ chai nước, điện thoại
“Aesthetic items” means the parts of the goods that are provided for cosmetic purposes only including but not limited to stickers, casings or ancillary items like water bottle or phone holders.
The warranty will be made after the Seller has identified all the causes of damage to the product from the Buyer's requirements.
Trong thời hạn bảo hành, việc bảo hành sẽ KHÔNG ÁP DỤNG cho các trường hợp sau đây:
During the warranty period, the warranty will NOT APPLY to the following cases:
2.1. Thiết bị đã KHÔNG được lưu trữ, lắp đặt, bảo trì hoặc vận hành theo hướng dẫn được đưa ra bởi nhà sản xuất và/hoặc Bên Bán.
The device has NOT been storage, installed, maintained, or operated in accordance with instructions given by the manufacturer and / or Seller
2.2. Thiết bị đã được sửa chữa, thay đổi, hoặc tháo dỡ, di dời bởi bất kỳ người nào khác mà không phải là kỹ thuật viên của Bên Bán.
The equipment has been repaired, altered, or dismantled, relocated by any other person who is not a Seller technician
2.3. Các hao mòn thông thường; các yêu cầu thay thế linh kiện phụ tùng mà trong quá trình sử dụng thông thường bị hao mòn bởi các lý do đặc trưng của sản phẩm, bao gồm cả phụ kiện; các mặt hàng ngoại vi và vật phẩm thẩm mỹ.
Wear and tear; requirements for replacement of parts and components which, during normal use are worn down by specific product reasons, including accessories; Peripheral items and consumables and aesthetic items.
2.4. Bên Bán không chịu trách nhiệm về việc sử dụng bởi người sử dụng có điều kiện thể chất không phù hợp, mà người sử dụng sẽ phải tự chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo sức khỏe phù hợp.
The Seller is not liable for use by persons in unsuitable physical conditions, as the users are responsible for ascertaining the suitability of their health.
2.5. Việc bảo hành không bao gồm bất kỳ tổn thất và thiệt hại trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp gây ra bởi các sản phẩm.
The warranty does not cover any loss and damage directly or indirectly caused by the product.
2.6. Khiếm khuyết hoặc hư hỏng từ sự biến đổi, gián đoạn hoặc chất lượng của nguồn cung cấp điện cho thiết bị của Bên Mua.
Defects or damage resulting from the variation, interruption or quality of mains electrical supply powering the equipment of the Buyer
2.7. Thiết bị mà Bên Bán đã yêu cầu Bên Mua cung cấp số sê-ri tại thời điểm Bên Mua yêu cầu bảo hành mà chưa nhận được thông tin từ Bên Mua.
The equipment has been requested by the Seller to provide the serial number at the time of the Buyer's warranty claim but has not received information from the Buyer.
